A private residential project, owned by a British businessman.
The original building on the site was used as the former Prime Minister Levi Eshkol residence. The original building on an area of about 1/4 of an acre was designated for preservation.
The addition to the original structure was done under the supervision of the Jerusalem municipality and with the assistance of the best architects and professionals in this field.
The size of the building is 1,500 square meters.
The project was awarded the Jerusalem City Preservation Award.
